Return & Refund Policy

All Kyngdomkydz products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or incorrect color selected by the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you recieve the wrong item, please contact us at contact@kyngdomkydz.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a clear photo showing the issue so we can review your request.

If the issue qualifies, a replacement or refund may be provided. You generally will not be required to return a damaged or defective product.

Sizing and Color Selection

Please carefully review the product description, size chart, color, and other product details before placing your order. We cannot provide a return, exchange, or refund when the wrong size or color was selected by the customer.

Cancellations

Because orders may enter production shortly after they are placed, cancellations are not guaranteed. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@KyngdomKydz.com if you need assistance with an order.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
